When: July 20th to July 30, 2019

Where: Camp Canaan, Cuba and Santa Clara District, Cuba

Purpose: Cross-Cultural Christian Experience 

Estimated Cost Per Person:  $1,400.00

Required: Current passport with expiration date after July 31, 2020; Completed application with copy of current passport; Visas will be handled by SW district coordinator; Letter from senior pastor of your church (form letter provided)

Minimum Age: 15 years old

Your Estimated Cost will include:

  • Airfare – Roundtrip airfare from Miami to Havana and from Santa Clara  to Miami

  • Transportation to Miami airport

  • Visas - $300 non-refundable fee

  • Processing fee

  • Housing, Transportation & Food in Cuba

  • Translators

  • Camp Canaan Costs

  • Santa Clara Costs

  • 1 checked bag

Not included: 1 dinner/snack prior to trip, return transportation from Miami airport to home,

additional baggage fees

 

Payments are due as follows:

$300 Deposit due with Application (non-refundable)

$650 due 90 days prior to departure

$650 due 30 days prior to departure
